Welcome to 9am Leads ("the Service"), operated by 9am Leads Ltd. By accessing or using our service at www.9amleads.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data.
9am Leads provides daily business lead generation services across multiple categories including but not limited to: Moving Leads, Probate Leads, New Business Alerts, Planning Permission Leads, and Public Sector Tenders. Leads are sourced from publicly available data sources and delivered via email at approximately 9am each business day. Leads are sourced from public registries and listings and provided for legitimate business contact only. Use leads lawfully and in line with applicable privacy and marketing regulations.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. No payment information is required to start a trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial period with no obligation. Upon cancellation, your access to daily lead delivery will cease at the end of the trial period.
Paid plans are billed on a weekly basis. Your first payment is taken one week after you start your 7-day free trial. Subsequent payments are taken weekly thereafter. All prices are in GBP (£) and are exclusive of VAT where applicable. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method automatically on each billing date.
All paid subscriptions are billed on a weekly basis. There is no minimum contract period - you are free to cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard with reasonable notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing week.
You will never be charged hidden fees. Our pricing is transparent and clearly displayed on our pricing page. The only additional charge is VAT where applicable.
If you cancel, you retain access to all leads you have received. We do not charge cancellation fees, exit fees, or any other penalties. To cancel, simply visit your account dashboard and follow the cancellation process. You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is processed.
We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods once a billing cycle has commenced, except where required by law or where we have failed to provide the Service as described. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us at hello@9amleads.com within 14 days of the relevant charge.
Leads are generated from public and licensed data sources. Moving, New Business and Planning leads are allocated on a fair-usage, per-territory basis and are not re-sold to multiple parties within the same territory during the subscription period. Probate and Tender leads are public opportunities (probate grants and public procurement notices published by law), so other subscribers may receive the same probate or tender leads as you. That is normal - in these markets the first firm to contact the executor or respond to the tender usually wins the work, so we deliver them to you fresh each morning to help you act first. Daily counts by plan are shown on the relevant business-lead pages.
Lead availability varies by market and geographic area. On days when fewer fresh leads are available in a customer's chosen areas, we may deliver leads from the areas closest to the customer's chosen postcodes or counties in order to fulfil the customer's daily lead count. You are made aware of this at sign-up and by using the Service you acknowledge and accept this quiet-day delivery approach, which ensures you continue to receive your full daily count - we will never send you fewer leads than your plan promises simply because your exact areas were quiet on a given day.
Leads are generated from publicly available data sources including property portals (Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket), government registers (Companies House, Gov.uk Probate Register, HM Land Registry, Contracts Finder), Royal Mail Postcode Address File (PAF), and local authority planning portals.
No guarantee of accuracy: We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data. Leads are provided "as is" for your own commercial decision-making, and you are responsible for independently verifying any lead before acting on it. We do not warrant that leads will result in a sale, instruction, appointment, or other business outcome.
Where a lead includes a physical property address, we use our best efforts to provide a correct, complete address including the house number. Our process is as follows: we source the property from publicly available listings and attempt to verify and enrich the address using licensed address data (such as the Royal Mail Postcode Address File), HM Land Registry records, and where available the property's own imagery. If a specific house number cannot be confirmed to a reasonable standard, we will either (a) exclude the door number from the lead, or (b) refrain from delivering that lead, rather than supply a number we cannot verify.
You acknowledge and agree that:
You agree not to: (a) resell or redistribute leads to third parties without our written consent; (b) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (c) attempt to access, scrape, or collect data from our platform through automated means beyond the intended use; (d) share your account or login credentials with unauthorised users; (e) use the Service in a way that violates the rights of any third party.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 9am Leads Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. This limitation applies to, without limitation, any loss, mis-delivery, returned mail, or consequential loss arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or changed lead data (including property addresses, door numbers, and contact details), and any failure by you to independently verify such data before relying on it. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, which cannot be limited or excluded by law.
The Service, including its design, content, and underlying technology, is the intellectual property of 9am Leads Ltd and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes only.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violation of these Terms, for non-payment of fees, or for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to the Service or other users. On termination, your access to paid features will cease, but you will retain the leads you have already received in accordance with these Terms.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, power failure, internet disruption, third-party data source outages, or government action.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 9am Leads Ltd regarding your use of the Service.
