15+ Years of Business Experience | SaaS Platforms | AI-Assisted Development | Digital Marketing | Business Automation
I'm a business founder and digital solutions specialist with over 15 years of hands-on experience building businesses, developing online platforms and creating systems that help companies operate more efficiently and attract customers.
My experience combines business development, website creation, AI-assisted software development, workflow automation, lead generation and digital marketing.
I'm now looking to bring these skills to established businesses through permanent remote employment, freelance projects and long-term collaborations.
Open to opportunities
Four areas of practical experience, built through owning and operating businesses rather than theory alone.
Four platforms live and operating, plus the newest product now in development.
Developed a business lead generation platform that combines fresh opportunity sourcing, customer dashboards, lead management, automated marketing workflows and optional print-and-post services.
Developed an automotive marketing platform helping vehicle dealers improve their listings through image enhancement, background replacement, professional video presentations and digital listing tools.
Created an online training and business support platform for moving companies, combining industry expertise, educational content, business development and digital marketing.
Developed an AI-assisted property video marketing platform that turns listing photos into branded cinematic property videos, backed by a marketing website, subscription business systems and customer acquisition workflows.
A new project I'm working on: an AI-assisted social publishing platform that takes a business from a rough idea, a set of photos or an existing draft through to reviewed, scheduled and published posts across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook and Pinterest.
Genuine screenshots of the dashboards and tools behind the projects, taken from read-only demo or sample-data modes.

Business owners in trades and services know new work exists, but the sources are scattered: property listings, probate notices, company registrations, planning applications and public tenders. Checking them daily is repetitive, and the follow-up usually lives somewhere else entirely. The product had to make a morning routine out of opportunity finding without adding another admin burden.
I started with the daily habit rather than the software: one delivery time, a small set of relevant opportunities, and a clear next step. From there I defined the customer journey, subscription tiers, targeting by area and lead type, the dashboard experience, and the operational process behind each delivery. The build was delivered iteratively with AI-assisted development, testing each release against the live delivery run. The product later grew affiliate and partner channels, which required referral tracking, recurring commission calculations and internal administration controls.

Dealers publish the same kind of photos as every other dealer, so buyers default to comparing price. Proper studio photography and video production are expensive per vehicle and unrealistic for a busy forecourt. The challenge was to make consistent, professional presentation achievable from ordinary phone photos, without adding a production workflow.
I shaped the product around one listing in, a complete presentation out: clean images on a chosen backdrop, dealer branding, a short narrated video and the information a marketplace needs. I mapped the dealer journey from signup and photo upload through credits, generation, download and publication, then prioritised the features that removed the most manual work. I directed the build and tested it against real vehicle listings.
Verified from the repository and deployment configuration:
Publishing integrations: eBay Motors publishing is automatic through a connected seller account. For AutoTrader, Gumtree, Motors.co.uk and other marketplaces, the platform prepares the listing and feed for the dealer to post. No claim is made that every marketplace integration posts automatically.
Revenue, dealer counts and performance statistics are not published here because they are not independently verified for this portfolio.

New and growing moving companies need more than a course. They need pricing discipline, sales scripts, staff procedures and a way to win work. That knowledge is usually learned the hard way or bought piecemeal from consultants, leaving owners with information but no operating system.
I structured the offer as a complete business programme rather than a content library: core training, ready-to-use manuals and interactive tools, supported by a website and marketing funnel that could attract and convert moving company owners. I set the curriculum direction, product structure, positioning and acquisition approach, and directed the platform build.

Estate and letting agents are expected to market properties with video, but traditional production is slow and expensive for a busy listings pipeline. Most agents already have good photographs; the missing piece is a consistent way to turn those photos into branded video content without booking a videographer for every property.
I designed the product around a simple input and output: upload a set of listing photos, let the system analyse them and assemble a short branded video, then download or share it. The commercial model is a self-serve subscription with a free first video, so an agent can see the output before paying. I shaped the proposition, product flow, pricing, website and marketing, and directed the AI-assisted build.

Most social tools assume the hard part is the calendar. For a small business or agency the hard parts are knowing what to post, writing it for each network, getting a person to approve it, and then finding out whether it actually published. Content, approvals and delivery status usually live in different places, and "scheduled" is treated as "posted" until someone notices otherwise.
I designed the product around four honest states: draft, needs approval, scheduled and posted. Approval is a workspace setting rather than an afterthought — draft only, schedule approved content, ask before publishing, or publish automatically. Each network delivery is recorded separately, so a temporary failure can be retried and a refused post keeps the provider's reason. Where a provider's answer is unclear, the system stops rather than risk sending the same post twice. The same rules are exposed to a company's own agents and tools through MCP and a documented REST API, so an automated client cannot bypass the approvals a person relies on.

15+ years of business ownership and management, moving from traditional service businesses into digital products and automation.
I own and run the businesses featured on this page. My role spans the commercial and the practical: deciding what to build, defining how it should work, directing development, launching it, marketing it and operating it day to day. I work with AI-assisted coding tools and modern web platforms to turn product requirements into working software.
Before building digital platforms, I built and ran service businesses in the removals and relocation sector. That meant winning customers, pricing work, hiring and coordinating teams, managing operations and handling the commercial reality of a small company. One of those businesses was built, grown and sold to a new owner. Another was liquidated due to the impact of COVID, which taught me a great deal about resilience and adapting a business model quickly.
The move into digital products came from solving my own operational problems: how to find customers consistently, how to present a service professionally and how to remove repetitive admin. That led to lead generation systems, customer dashboards, subscription platforms and automation workflows. Each platform now combines business experience with website development, AI-assisted software delivery and digital marketing.
