Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions

These Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions ("Affiliate Terms") form a contract between you ("Affiliate", "you") and 9am Leads Ltd ("9amLeads", "we", "us") in relation to the 9amLeads Affiliate Programme. By submitting an application, recording your voice test, uploading your identity document, and/or accepting these terms in your affiliate dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Affiliate Terms.

1. Eligibility & Application

• You must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• You must provide accurate, truthful information in your application, including your name, email address, identity document and bank details.
• We review every application. Approval is at our discretion. Your affiliate account becomes active only once we have approved your application and verified your identity.
• We may decline an application for any lawful reason, including incomplete or inaccurate information.

2. Identity Verification (KYC)

• Before any payout, you must verify your identity by uploading a clear photo or scan of a government-issued identity document (driving licence or passport) and providing your legal name and bank details.
• The legal name on your identity document must match the bank account holder name exactly. Payments are only made to the verified person.
• We process this identity data in line with our Privacy Policy and UK data protection law. Identity data is used only to verify your identity, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
• We may reject an identity document that is unclear, incomplete or appears fraudulent. You will be asked to re-submit.

3. Commissions

• You earn a commission of £25 for each customer who (a) signs up for a 9amLeads paid package using your referral code or name, and (b) pays their second invoice (approximately one month after sign-up).
• Commissions are created once the qualifying customer reaches their second invoice, clear after the qualifying/clearance period, and are paid on the monthly payout cycle once any minimums are met.
• We only pay commissions on customers who retain their subscription. Customers who cancel before the qualifying payment, or who are refunded, do not earn a commission, and any commission already credited may be clawed back.
• You may also earn reward-wheel bonuses as described in your dashboard. These are subject to the same verification, retention and clawback rules.

4. Two-Tier Recruit Bonus

• If you recruit another affiliate into the programme and that affiliate earns their first commission, you may earn a small one-off "recruit bonus" (currently £10), paid in the same monthly cycle.
• Recruit bonuses are subject to the same identity verification and clawback rules as commissions.

5. Your Obligations

• You agree to promote 9amLeads honestly and in good faith.
• You must not create fake accounts, fake sign-ups, or self-referrals (signing up yourself, a household member, or an entity you control) for the purpose of earning commissions.
• You must not misrepresent 9amLeads, its pricing, its trial, or what it delivers.
• You must not engage in deceptive, spammy or misleading marketing, including unsolicited bulk messaging.
• You must not use another business's identity or referral code without authorisation.

6. Reward Wheel

• Eligible affiliates earn a spin on the Reward Wheel for every 50 retained sign-ups (as shown in your dashboard).
• Prizes and tiers are displayed in your dashboard and are subject to change at our discretion.
• Spins and prizes are subject to identity verification and the clawback rules in these terms.

7. Payments, Tax & Clawbacks

• No payout is released until your identity is verified and you have accepted these terms.
• Payments are made on the monthly cycle to the bank account you provided, once any minimum threshold is met.
• You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any tax due on commissions and bonuses you receive.
• We may withhold, reverse or claw back payments that arise from fraud, breach of these terms, refunded customers, or other unlawful activity.

8. Suspension & Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your affiliate account at any time for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or any lawful reason.
• On termination, verified commissions already earned and approved remain payable; unverified or ineligible commissions do not.
• You may close your affiliate account at any time from your dashboard. Closing your account stops new commissions; any earned and verified commissions are still paid.

8a. Inactive Account Deletion (no referrals within 30 days)

• If your affiliate account is approved but you have not made a single referral within the first 30 days of your account being active, we will send you a 7-day warning email telling you that your account will be closed if you do not make a referral.
• If you still have not made a referral 7 days after that warning (approximately 37 days after your account became active), we will delete your affiliate account and referral code from the programme.
• Deletion only applies to accounts with no referrals at all. Any account that has made even one referral is never deleted under this rule.
• Deletion under this rule does not affect any verified commission you have already earned and been paid. You can re-apply to the programme at any time.
• If you are unable to make referrals within the first month (for example you are away or have not yet started promoting), email hello@9amleads.com before the warning deadline and we will pause or extend your deadline.

9. Data Protection

• We process your personal data (including identity documents and voice recordings) in line with our Privacy Policy.
• You may exercise your rights under UK GDPR, including access, correction and erasure, by contacting hello@9amleads.com. Erasure of identity verification records may be subject to legal retention requirements.

10. Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, 9amLeads' total liability under these terms is limited to the commissions and bonuses accrued and payable to you at the time.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profits or opportunity.

11. Changes to These Terms

• We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in your dashboard. Continued participation after changes are notified means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
