MovingLeadsDaily provides moving leads to registered removal companies. We connect people who need moving services with verified removal businesses.
Users agree to provide accurate information, respond to leads promptly, and maintain professional conduct. Removal companies must hold appropriate insurance and licenses.
While we verify lead sources, we cannot guarantee that every lead will result in a booking. Lead quality depends on the end customer's requirements.
Where a lead includes a property address, we use reasonable efforts to provide a correct, complete address including the house number. We verify addresses using licensed address data (such as the Royal Mail Postcode Address File), HM Land Registry records and, where available, the property's own imagery. If a house number cannot be confirmed to a reasonable standard, we will omit it from the lead or refrain from delivering that lead rather than provide an unverified number.
You acknowledge and agree that: (a) addresses are provided on a best-efforts basis and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or change after collection; (b) property listings frequently omit or withhold house numbers, and the true property address may differ from that shown; (c) you are solely responsible for independently confirming any address before using it for direct mail, post, courier, or physical delivery, or for any other purpose; and (d) we are not liable for any loss, mis-delivery, returned mail, or other damage arising from an inaccurate, incomplete, or changed address.
Subscription fees are billed monthly. Cancellation can be done anytime from your dashboard. No refunds for partial months.
MovingLeadsDaily is not liable for any disputes between removal companies and end customers. We provide the platform only. We are not liable for any loss, damage, mis-delivery, returned mail, or consequential loss arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or changed lead data, including property addresses and door numbers, or from your failure to independently verify such data before use.
