How often are these numbers updated?
Continuously. The pipeline refreshes through the day and night, and the figures on this page are recalculated on every load (cached for a maximum of ten minutes).
What counts as "available"?
An opportunity that is still fresh, carries a usable mailable address, and has not yet been allocated to a customer. Opportunities that have already been delivered are excluded.
Why do some postcode areas show very few?
Supply is not evenly distributed. Dense urban areas generate far more property, probate and planning activity than rural ones. We cap subscriber numbers per area so the pool is never oversold.
Can I check supply in my own area before subscribing?
